IN-STORE SHOPPING POLICIES

CHILDREN
Well-behaved children are very welcome in the store. 

BREAKAGE
So as not to need to pass the cost on to all of our other customers, should you, or someone in your charge, break a product while in the store, we ask that you please pay for it.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone being unpleasant or disruptive.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

RETURNS
All sales are final; we do not accept returns. The lone exception to this is for online sales — we will accept the return of any item for which the online description was inaccurate.

WARRANTY
Our products are all handmade, vintage, or both, and are sold “as is,” with no warranty, express or implied.

LIABILITY
Persephanie’s liability for any damage caused by any of our products is limited to the purchase price of that product.
